This program is a a camera app that allows you to create 'lomo' images from pictures and export to JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF or BMP image file format. This looks like the picture was taken from a lomo camera. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the lomo effect. The lomo effect is written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
