This program is a image file explorer that allows you to create 'lomo' images from pictures. This looks like the picture was taken from a lomo filter. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the lomo filter effect. The lomo effect filter was created in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
