This program allows you to create a resized image of a bitmap (1-500%) with a built in editor and share the image via your ISPs SMTP email servers. Use the file based explorer to locate the bitmap file and when you tap on it you can view it in the viewer. Use the slider to adjust the scale of the picture. When done select 'Send Email' from the toolbar to send the image via email. The bitmap libs is from 'EasyBMP Cross-Platform Windows Bitmap Library' (c) Paul Macklin
