This program is a image file explorer that allows you to create 'Twist' images from pictures. This looks like the picture was taken from a Twist camera filter. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the Twist filter effect. The Twist effect filter was created in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
