This program allows you to select a JPEG image and does the 'Sobel Trace' filter effect on the image and allows you to save the transformed image to BMP or JPEG image file format. The JPEG is from 'JpegFile - A C++ class to allow reading and writing of RGB and Grayscale JPEG images' © 1997, Chris Losinger. The JPEG libraries are from Independent JPEG Group. The Sobel source is from 'https://github.com/suvamsh/Parallel-Edge-Detection/blob/master/sobel.c'
