This is an AI generated variable rate WAV voice recorder that date/time stamps the wave file in folder based interface. Set the recording frequency/quality in HZ (100 – 44,100 Hz) and the bit depth (8/16 bit) in the settings. When you select 'Record' from the toolbar the program will record your voice at the selected frequency (quality) setting. The C++ source is from Microsoft CoPilot.
