This is an AI Generated variable rate WAV voice recorder that sends the completed wave file via Email. You can set the recording frequency/quality in HZ (100 – 44,100 Hz) and the bits level (8/16 bits) in the settings (to conserve data). When you select 'Record' from the toolbar the program will record your voice at the selected frequency (quality) setting and when you stop will send the Email via Pocket OutLook. The C++ source code is from Microsoft CoPilot.
