This is a AI created variable rate WAV voice recorder that sends the wave file via MMS. You can set the recording frequency/quality in HZ (100 – 44,100 Hz) and 8/16 bits in the settings (to make it fit into a MMS). When you select 'Record' from the toolbar the program will record your voice at the selected frequency (quality) setting and when you stop will create a MMS template. NOTE: Standard MMS charges apply when using this program. The C++ source code is from Microsoft CoPilot.
