This is an AI created variable rate WAV voice recorder that allows you to name the voice recordings in a folder based interface. Set the recording frequency/quality in HZ (100 – 44,100 hz) and the bit level (8/16 bits) in the settings. When you select 'Record' from the toolbar the program will record your voice at the selected frequency (quality) setting. The recorder C++ source code is from Microsoft CoPilot.
