This program allows you to select a any type of WAV file in the built in file explorer and removes silence from it (audio enhancement) to the WAV file. Simply use the built in file explorer to locate the wave file and tap on it to add the audio effect to it. The WAV silence remover is written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
