This program is an audio recorder that allows you to compact the audio and share via Bluetooth. Tap the button to start the recorder and tap the button to stop the recording. When you re-tap the button the program will compact the audio and share via Bluetooth. The WAV Compact is written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
