This program is an audio recorder that allows you to compact to the recording and send via email template. Tap the button to start the recorder and tap again to stop. When you tap the button the final the time the program compacts the WAV and creates a a blank email template with the audio file attached. The WAV Compact C++ code is created using Microsoft CoPilot.
