This program is an audio recorder that allows you compress the recording and send via MMS audio. Tap the button to start the recorder and tap again to stop. When you tap the button the final the time the program compresses the audo and creates a MMS template with the audio file attached. The WAV Compact was written in C++ using Microsoft CoPoilot.
