This program allows to to select a DELTA encoded WAV audio file and decrypts and decompresses the file and plays in the built in player. Simply press the button to select the wav file to compress and enter the name for the new encrypted wav. The C++ DELTA Compression and encryption is from Microsoft CoPilot.
