This program allows to to select a WAV audio file and compresses and encrypts and compresses the file into a DELTA packed file and plays it on the PocketPC speaker. Simply press the button to select the wav file to compress and enter the name for the new encrypted wav. The C++ DELTA compresssion and decompression is from Microsoft CoPilot.
