This program is a file explorer that allows to to compress and encrypt a wav to DELTA compressed audio file and shares via MMS. Use the file explorerto select the WAV file to compress and enter the name for the new encrypted wav. The C++ DELTA Compression and encryption is from Microsoft CoPilot.
