This utility is a WAV audio down-sampler that applies none, antique, concert, echo, tremolo, distort, lowpass, highpass, bitcrush, flanger, chorus, compress, widen audio effect to the WAV files. Use the folder based interface to select the WAV audio file and tap on it to convert. The new wave file will have the same file name as the original file with the effect name as part of the file-name. The wave re-sampler is from 'ResampleWav' (c)2005 Xiao Wu. The WAV effect C++ source code is from Microsoft Copilot.
