This utility is a Email based WAV effect applier. This utility applies audio effcts to WAV audio files. The effects are none, antique, concert, echo, tremolo, distort, lowpass, highpass, bitcrush, flanger, chorus, compress, widen audio effect. Simply use the built in file explorer to locate the WAV file and select the audio effect and tap the button. The program will create a new audio file with the effect. The WAV effect C++ source code is from Microsoft Copilot.
