This utility adds a audio effect to WAV file and compresses the WAV file to GSM. The effects are none, antique, concert, echo, tremolo, distort, lowpass, highpass, bitcrush, flanger, chorus, compress, widen audio effect. Simply use the built in file explorer to locate the WAV file and select the audio effect and tap the button. The program will create a new audio file with the effect. The WAV effect C++ source code is from Microsoft Copilot. The GSM audio compression codec is from (c)1992 by Jutta Degener and Carsten Bormann, Technische Universitaet Berlin.
