This utility applies a audio effect to a WAV audio file and allows you to compress the audio file to GZip. The effects are none, antique, concert, echo, tremolo, distort, lowpass, highpass, bitcrush, flanger, chorus, compress, widen audio effect. Simply use the built in file explorer to locate the WAV file and select the audio effect and tap the button. The program will create a new audio file with the effect. The WAV effect C++ source code is from Microsoft Copilot.
