This utility allows you to send WAV files via MMS with audio effect none, antique, concert, echo, tremolo, distort, lowpass, highpass, bitcrush, flanger, chorus, compress, widen audio effect. Use the built in file explorer and locate the WAV audio file. When you tap on the WAV file you can select the sound effect to apply and creates a MMS with the audio file attached. The WAV effect C++ source code is from Microsoft Copilot.
