This program is an audio recorder that adds flanger audio effect and sends via your ISPs SMTP email servers. Tap the button to start the recorder and tap again to stop the recorder. When you tap the button the program adds flanger effect and sends via email attachment. The WAV Flanger is written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
