This is a is a 8k mono voice recorder that numbers the voice recordings in the selected folder and allows you to apply flanger audio effect to the WAV file. Select 'Record' from the toolbar to start the recorder and tap the 'Stop Record' button to stop the voice recorder. NOTE: The program overrides the default WindowsCE wave settings. The WAV flanger libaries are written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
