This utility is a WAV audio speed changer that allows you to export the WAV file with audio speed level. Use the built in file explorer to locate a WAV file and when you tap on it you can select the speed to re-play the WAV file via the slider. When you get the desired effect you can export to the current folder. NOTE: Use with caution when playing the audio back on a speaker. The C++ Source code is from Microsoft CoPilot.
